At Darfa Collection, we value your trust and satisfaction. To ensure fairness and avoid misuse, we follow a clear and strict return policy as outlined below:

1. Parcel Opening Policy

  • You must record a full unboxing video at the time of delivery — before opening the parcel.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • The uncut opening process

    • The product inside

No return or replacement will be processed without a valid unboxing video.

2. Damaged or Defective Product

If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (and verified via video):

  • You will receive a replacement product.

  • Refund will not be issued.

  • Replacement will be sent free of cost after verification.

3. Refund Option (Only If You Don’t Want Replacement)

If the customer refuses replacement and demands a refund:

  • 18% deduction will be applied as processing, handling, and service charges.

  • The remaining amount will be refunded via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

We do NOT accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Parcel was opened without recording a video.

  • Video is cut, unclear, or manipulated.

  • The issue is reported after 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • The product has been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

5. How to Request a Return/Replacement

To initiate your return or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and unboxing video via WhatsApp or Instagram.

  3. Wait for our confirmation before taking any action.
